Need help ! What to do before it dies :(

I'm a first time grower and need advise as what to do next? My plant was healthy when I went to work on Thursday and when I came home Sunday it looked droopy? I felt the top 1-1 1/2 soil and it was dry so I watered it... The next day it was still droopy and sad looking so I left it as is in hopes it would correct it's self but today the bottom 2 leaves are yellow? I feed the plant Fox Farm super bloom 6-4-4 at 1/4 strength at 1 gallon on Thursday before work and watered on Sunday and increased the lumens in the grow room by 3000 lumens, 6.5k... Any help would be appreciated

its over watered and can use more light. the only way to tell if it needs water it by the weight of the pot. underwater it one time to see how light the pot gets. then never do it again. that is the first most important thing to learn when growing in pots/containers. when an when not to water.

she is fine though, let her dry out real good and dont give her any food for a few more waterings.
what kind of dirt is she in ?

she's in fox farm organic ocean soil.... I usually water every 3-4 day or if the top 1 inch feels dry? I might have feed it twice in a row and not sure if that might have done it?

you cant test the true ph of your soil with home equipment. your ph is fine, that soil will stay between 6 an 7 for almost ever.

as i said before , its hard to tell you when to water so go by the weight of the pot. let her dry to the point of a very slight droop , then you will know when she is trully dry.

dont give her anymore food just yet either. that soil has enough food in it for awhile.

Exactly, the roots aren't in the top of the soil, they,re down in the pot. If you have an empty pot the same size and some left over soil, fill it up with dry soil and see how it feels. Then when your plant feels close to the same you know it's time to water.

Diagnosis: Over watering and slight nutrient burn. Hold back on the nutes for at least 3 weeks. Only water when the pot feels light...

theres the answer i was looking for! much better then dryin your baby out. but do what you have to to know what she needs.

Hit a couple flea markets, and pick up an old cheap bathroom scale. Sit your pot on that. Then when you check on her, just look at the weight to see if it needs water. Of course it needs to be dry when you sit it on there. So you know the dry weight.
