For those of you in touch hopefully you picked up one of the sour kosher specials as a freebie from attitude for the first few days of August. I don't work for DNA or reserva privada in any way, or know em, but their strains have always been pretty solid, I usually only 2 or 3 phenos from a selection of 30 beans. Never grown the kosher but a buddy does and it's a great plant and smoke. I've grown the reserva privada sour, which is what my guess is being used. I have male sour pollen and coulda done this myself with my buds girls but don't have the space to flower out an extra 100 plants for a stable cross.
Anyways, they limited this to 1 seed per customer, so lets see what phenos we get! I'll be popping mine tomorrow, I've got a 1200 and a 2400 watt room, the 1200 is about to finish so I'll probably veg it in a cab under a 250 watt cfl, clone it ASAP, throw the mom in flower and hope for a girl, although pollen is nice too. Hopefully that will coincide with the clones I make to refill the room, that room is a sog, I can fit 25 1.78 gallon pots in a 3x3 tray that veg for 9 days. I averaged 20.7 grams a plant with my black water (Cali connection) last cycle. I do 65 plants total. You do the math
. When I grow black water in 15 gallon pots vegged for 6 week I get a quarter the yield. I know what doing its not that I messed that one up, I have several strains that respond better in small pots, the ratio of budsites to fan leaves and the fact that the plant is devoting its energy to such few sites means that the majority of my buds halfway up are the size of cigarette packs. I'm on my phone can't post any pics apparently. Oh well.
