All people have the right to self defense. You are merely pointing out the injustice of the "justice system". That's a separate issue. You don't solve a problem that results from a poor government action, by depriving people, any people, of the right to defend themselves.

Nobody should be denied the right to freely associate with those they wish to, as long as all parties agree. Further nobody should be forced to associate with those they'd rather not.
