Goodbye. Hello windwos, 7, maybe then I'll be able to use the "Enter" key on this website. See you all on the flip side.

Well, glad to see the two of you having a fail fest. I hear the local bookstore has a Windows for Dummy's manual. You should check it out.

Welcome to 2013. Computers... not your grandpa's internets no more..

Doesn't change the fact there are TONS of people who think 8 blows. I'm still on 7 and happy. Thought about buying a Mac, instead I made a car payment, took the wife out to dinner and a movie, bought season tickets to the Bears and purchased a comparable Toshiba! lol

Windows 8 is the worst OS every developed by man. Just bought a laptop with it installed from Dell, because I couldn't wait the 2 weeks it would take to get one with 7, and I needed it quickly. I wished I had waited. I am going to reinstall 7, as soon as I find my disk. Total trash.

I haven't used windows for years now. Linux all the way, no problems, no slowing down over time and it just works as long as you have compatible hardware, eg graphics card.

It takes a bit to learn and I am still learning every day but I would never go back to windows!

I use Ubuntu 13.04.

Are you kidding me? Trolling maybe? Or maybe I should have mentioned that my laptop is not a touch screen. For a TS maybe Win8 is ok, but otherwise NOOOOOOO. Even with a TS, why, WHY, would Microsoft make that many changes to the OS. You basically have learn everything over again??!? I would rather deal with Vista than 8 on a non touch screen. But of course I haven't been able to change my OS because I couldn't find my blank dvds to take off my 5gigs of family pictures and video....well, couldn't find them until 15 minutes ago, and now I don't have time to start this loooong process....installation, drivers, programs....ugh.

Games are really the only reason to run Windows.

You don't need to buy a Mac to run OSX.

I hate Win8. I thought "I learned all the other OS when they came out. How bad could it be?" Well, I found out. Wound up downloading StartIsBack and now I can operate it pretty much like Win7. But it's still a touchscreen based OS and sucks on a PC.

While I am not a fan of 8, I have used it for weeks and am now completely used to it, no Enter problem here!
