There are literally dozens of these clips uploaded on Youtube...and the road rage at the 1:10 mark is downright comical.

But what I cannot figure out is how and why so many private citizens have vehicle cams?...insurance??.

I can see why, they drive like shit!.:lol:

The reason everyone has dash cams in Russia is because of widespread insurance fraud. Now many companies require a dash cam to verify the accident. Russian mob was making tons of cash on fake accidents.

That makes sense alright.
There's an absolute fortune being made here from it as well and nothing to do with any mob, honest people as usual pay for it with annual increases in premiums.

friend of mine ran a gold mine in russia.He would have to order extra everything.Not just extra fuel, a whole extra truck and trailer of fuel.The mob would take the whole truck,not just the fuel.They ordered extra everything due to the mob

Funny thing is, if the US had dash cams on as many cars, there would be just as many of fucked up accidents. It's not just "drunk Russians" funny as it sounds. I think it would be a good idea.
