Caring For Clone

Took some clones in SunShine soil, in a tray+dome. Watered before putting clones in, spray clones maybe 2-3days/day and mist dome. RH70-75%... A few died from stem rot! Knew I would lose some though. When is the next time I should water them? When should I treat them like a normal seedling, watering schedule, under a mh? I need to give it at least 10-14 days before it roots correct?

They are a little over a week old now. Can I remove the humidity dome? What would be the ideal RH% at this time? It is currently 70% with the dome on + sprayed but goes down to about 60%. Without the dome it is about 50%. Leaves have also begun yellowing, should I add nutes? (1/4 or 1/8th strength?)

the leaves will yellow due to the roots pulling all the nutes stored in them. kinda like what happens at the end of a flower cycle. I use a cloner machine for all my cloning. its much easier than a tray and humidome. after 1 week I have 1" roots. after 10-14 days I have awesome roots and I then transplant. I have a 100% clone rate the last 3 times ive cloned, which is every 8 weeks or so.

Are you seeing any NEW growth from the cuttings...use a loop and look at tops to inspect for new leaf growth...if there is new growth you can pull the dome...not overwatering is your current challenge...g/l

I removed the dome and they seem to be okay. Don't want to get a cloner, they can become quick expensive, maybe later.

I will check and see the growth but as of right now they don't look like they have grown in size, just yellowed. Maybe they're working on their roots? How long should I wait before seeing some difference in growth? I'll keep an eye on the water too :). What's the preferred ph, 6.8-7.0 good for clones?

You got a good price mate!

Hoping someone can help me figure this out... Was looking at the clones and they all "look healthy", NOT wilted, some yellowing... however I took one or two out too see if they were rooting at all, the part of the stem in the soil was a little flimsy, but the rest was fine (soil is proMix) only watered the first day then misted but never watered again and still moist soil). The clones don't even have as much as a tiny tap root... absolutely zero root growth is seen? It's been 9days should there be at least a little root tip??
....will be taking mother to flower, so want to get some viable clones...these will hopefully come through (round one of cloneS)?.. taking away the 400 and just a simple t5cfl should do with round two of clones. I don't want this to fail again so any tips would be appreciated and considered!
