My first time grow and I see all these posts of plants that look like a Christmas tree, tall with a steady taper. Mine is about 5 inches tall and now almost 17 inches wide. LOL
tall skinny plants are usually sativas yours are just indica
some strains are also smaller than others

Being that this is your first grow keep in mind growing is constant learning. You have a good plant on your hands. Take notes on everything you do and if the grow turns out successful you have a good foundation to start from next time.

Looks like you topped her could be reason for the wide growth not tall growth
