you seem to equate the fact that the republicans never offered a complete takeover of health care like Obama did, therefore, they have no solutions.

-Option to opt out of medicare and medicaid
-portability
-insurance pool

no regulations

nothing for those whose taxes dont meet the minimum where a "tax Credit" can buy a policy
