never, that kind of stuff is just snakeoil. But if you feel you NEED to use it, late in flower would be the best choice.

i had some phosporus lock out due to cold temps on my ladies.
causes the leaves to turn a weird purple.
so i feed HEAVY p in the NPK yesterday. like 10 tho is high
enough. reading the sick plant guide it said anything above 5 is good.

Im running the canna range bulastoner av been using rhizotonic, cannazym, boost and canna coco a and b im on day 30 tommorrow and my rez is gonna run out in a few days so i was thinking of giving it the full whack of pk next top up av bin putting pk in the last 2 but only like 6ml in 28 litres

I believe it's Canna pk 13/14

There are some top notch growers that swear by this product...they start to use it around day 30 of flower....here is a post from Jela

Shiva, as for starting pk13/14 adds, the sweet spot for me is sometimes late week 4 but mostly week 5. When the small puff balls of buds just start connecting up and down the colas is the time to start. You don't want to go more than 7-10days (about 3 feedings for me) or the plants start getting really "ragged" looking. I drop my base nutes about 2ml/gal as well to reduce tip burns. It is some hot stuff.
