A blinder can prevent a horse from seeing what is really happening.. They are easier to harness and control that way. Sometimes all the horse sees is he will get grain at the end of the day, but he doesn't even know he's being lead around.

I see you would rather ignore forceful edicts as if they weren't really there...enjoy your grain.
