now ive heard some say to hang dry for 3-7 days then put in jars and into the freezer.and others say hang dry for 3-7 days then go to paper bags then to jars and no freezing. which one produces the best overall taste
where i am if i hung it for 10 days it would be so brittle and dry it would just crumble. ive got verry low humidity and awesome natural air cirulation 3 days drying is fine for where i amdry it for 10-14 days then jar it. keep it airtight for a couple of months and then you've got cured budd.
