How Republicans can kill Obamacare easily

That's because 96% of turkey is in Asia.

Turkey is trying to be a part of the EU. Have been since 87.

As for Ukraine, it is entirely on the continent of Europe. They are currently working on becoming a part of the EU. It is a European country.

There is nothing stopping any insurance company from vending insurance in any state in the union now. This "across state lines" is bunk. If insurance companies want to sell in a state all they have to do is go there. That has never been a "solution" or an "alternative", nor has tort reform, which is another diversion and nothing more.
Your simplified attempt to make a point here neglects one important factor in your analysis. Sure all they have to do is go to a desired state, once there they have to set up new corporate offices. Each state will require a corporate charter to be paid in that state. It isn't as simply as just move there like you're a fast food chain. Health insurance law is very complex. This will require a tremendous duplication of costs. Also, I do believe, but I am not certain that there is also quite a bit of federal red tape to go through as well. Congress loves their interstate commerce powers. The main idea here is that government (state and/or federal) intervention, by means of excessive and burdensome legislation raises significantly the cost of doing business.

They dont have to set up corporate offices in the state they want to sell in.

They do have to be licensed and meet the criteria of the state laws put in place and regulated by that states insurance commissioner though.

What insurance companys want is to be able to circumvent state laws and state insurance commissioners by selling policys across state lines that may or may not meet the state they are selling in insurance laws. It is not the federal goverment stopping insurance companys from selling across state linee. It is the states themselves.

I would like to add that had embryonic stem cells been allowed to be researched 10 years ago the climate of our relationship to insurance in general would be different. Regardless of the plan.....you are getting pills from the doctor. The symptoms are hidden because it is easier and profitable.

Come back when you have a alternative to Obamacare that actually does something for consumers

If you champion the government making consumers choices for them, why not let them make ALL the choices for people and just have everybody toss their money into a communal pool? What could be wrong with that?

Make it basic. That is a logic leap that constitutes false argument. Now, do you intend to be false?

The Republicans can easily kill Obamacare if they present a better plan

Where is that plan?
You pose a false choice. Your assumption is that a plan involving government must be implemented.

I have responded to you in various threads including this one about reforms that would actually reduce the cost of healthcare and you continue to disregard them.

Yes And all your republiklan talking points have been addressed and found in reality to either make things worse or at the very least have no positive effect at all

No one is seriously interesting in pursuing such a thing. I posted a multi-part plan to this forum many months ago that was entirely ignored.

I read it along with another thread I started which you occupied for a few weeks.
You did a great job. You actual brought debate back to the forum, and you backed up your opinions
