Depends on the judge. I've been held for contempt because i was told NO SHORTS and went back a couple weeks later still wearing shorts.
It's not like they charge you with anything. it's just a waste of your time and a small fine for disobeying the judge.
Like if you told the judge to go fuck himself. you'd receive the same punishment. lol

I got a night in the Jail,the only time ive been,For yelling YOU FRED FLINESTONE MF,At the jugde.

Any body here know the law on Comingling sp.I had 5 Cds in my name and tht judge says they were half my Exs,they were comingled???Got a settlement from ins,for 100k and had 5 20k CDS.I almost cut my hand off and had to have 2 surjerys
and it said on settlement for pain n suffering,and future surjerys.
How the hell,they were in my name ONLY!

Ok here's where my spectrum disorder kicks in hard. I'm not trying to hurt you. I was trying to explain. So when you guys ask these questions or post these dilemmas you really don't want information you actually want commiseration? This is where the confusion comes for me. Most women seem to know this intuitively but I don't.

I don't have normal emotions or even close to a normal mind. So I'm blundering away simply trying to help. I show my 'caring' by giving information. While this seems to appear externally as less than helpful I'm trying to help you in the only way I can, information, data, knowledge. I don't see how emotions help with these situations? It just confuses me. It always seemed to me like knowledge gave me a lever, a game changer or solution.

I'm sorry beech I had no intention of hurting you and this is the second time so I'll leave you be hun. But I honestly admit I don't get this at all. At some point I find myself wondering about the quantification (cost/benefit analysis), of cold loneliness vs the hot hurt of humanity.

It's OK for the court reporter to sit there with her cleavage and shoulders sticking out, but wearing a sleeveless shirt will make the judge kick you out until you come back with sleeves.
APPARENTLY the sleeves show more respect for his court room than the rest of the shirt if you're a guy.

It wasn't teenage drama, my friend was ran over and had his femur snapped. I didn't treat him like he was stupid, I made the mistake of eating a brownie like 6 hours before. What intelligence test did I fail again? I have been working full time jobs since I was 15, I paid for everything. I am working full time and I'm halfway to having a bachelors in mechanical engineering. Haha, it's so funny some of the stuff people assume! I'm 20 and in 5 years I'm going to be worth more than every paycheck you've ever earned in your whole life so enjoy living paycheck to paycheck, or maybe grow to grow.

I would agree with you in traffic court, but a tailor can't beat concealed/ loaded weapons charges in addition to reckless driving, disturbing the peace, and multiple vehicle code violations, in addition to making the arresting officer leave his paid food at the second Mc Donalds window and not be able to go back to get it for an hour and half.

(1) The next time your friend 'snaps' his femur (btw was it distal or proximal?), I adjure you to take him to a hospital instead of a courtroom.
(2) You ate a medible 6 hours prior to a court hearing demonstrating:

(a) Lack of knowledge of medibles

(b) Lack of insight into serious nature of a court appearance​

(c) Compounded this by becoming obstreperous with a judge​

(d) Still displaying any lack of maturity by not accepting responsibility for aforementioned behavior

(3) You assume because you are in school you have the degree (don't count your chickens until they hatch especially with such an execrable command of english)
(4) You sadly assume I have less earning ability
