Fuck that.... you are entitled to grow your own medicine as described in California Health and Safety code 11362.5~9.
Don`t let ANYONE tell you otherwise.. although, less than 99 is a good idea.

I would write a letter, notarize it, send it registered mail to the Chief of police in your City. Requesting and demanding that you as a American Citizen have the same rights afforded to you as any other citizen in the State of California. Chief, you took an oath to uphold the laws of the State of CA. Correct? The following CA law affords me the protection from the police for an unlawful and illegal arrest. The statement should read, I claim under SB 420 and the subsequent amendment 11362.5 that I your name have the right under the laws of the State of California, then state your position. CA Attorney General has verified my right to the medicinal use of marijuana. This is a notice to you, if my rights are violated and if I should come to find myself and my family under possible unlawful arrest without just cause. I will file a Civil lawsuit in the amount of 10 million dollars for pain and suffering, illegal search and seizure and various violations under the law. I shall include you in the law suit for having had prior notice of said unlawful violations and having been complicit and conspired against me and my family. This notice shall be recorded with the County of __________ giving public notice to your possible actions. I demand a response within 72 hours of receipt of this notice as to your position or I shall consider this notice delivered and accepted with prejudice. I eagerly await your response.
After writing this notice. Do not be dumb. remove any amount of MJ over the legal limit and remove any weapons on the premises unless you have a permit, do not have any other controlled substance on your possession at any time as you maybe under servaillence. Be smart, lay low and begin to research the law and know your rights. Contact the Mayor of your city and do the same. Request and demand protection under the law. Mr. Mayor do you stand behind the laws of the state of CA? If he/she answers yes. Request in writing that you would like the support of the office of the Mayor your rights under the law in his/her city to keep the police at bay. If you are under federal investigation, you need to get the HELL! out of the game for awhile.

I know an outdoor grower in here in Nor-Cal who got busted for growing. They spotted the grow from the air, when they showed up, they made them chop a few down due to the fact that they are medical and prop.215 compliant. After that, they left. There is still 80 large and outdoor cannabis plants up there.

You're all good. If you were in violation you'd be in jail now. They wouldn't wait. So don't worry.
However someone snitched on you. I'd be wondering about that right now. Know anyone who recently got busted but got off light? I'd say if the cops acted clueless when they came in then it was a nosy neighbor. If they seemed to have specific information about you then someone ratted you out.

When Johnny Law showed up, it turned out that these people were prop.215 - (like everyone else). Johnny Law spent about $20,000 on the raid and netting NOTHING. I think they were just sucking their own dicks and made them chop a few to act like they are doing something. They were also over 100 plants but to be honest, those plants are 8ft tall and have 500+grams of flower on each. Thats a lot of flower.
ps, There is a new local ordinance in place.. As it turns out, everyone Johnny Law spots growing outdoor from the helicopters AND who is growing more than 100 LARGE plants is getting a visit from local ordinance officers, NOT POLICE.. These people carry a piece of paper, a smile, and a handshake - no guns. I was thinking, how the fuck are the local pigs going to get warrants on half of the county? half of the half are hill folk with guns - surprised nobody has gotten hurt but now I know why, nobody is getting arrested anymore. - unless they grow 500+

With the news that the NSA and DEA is working the phone lines and internet I'd say we're all fucked, not just you. They know all about all of us on this site and maybe you said something that got their attention. Our new world order will not disclose sources so you'll never know what info they had that prompted the visit.

It was a nosy neighbor. The cops left so you are clear. If the nosy suck-fk`ers call the police again, the police will say, "Please refer to California Health and Safety code: 11362.5", and, "We have evaluated the property, there is no crime being committed".
If your neighbors continue to harass the police department, it is my guess they will be threatened with police harassment. When my neighbors become shitty at me, I forget to mow my lawn for a few months.. Then one day, I say, "see.. It looks better now" and wink at them. har har har....
If they complain about a legal eyesore, give them something else to complain about. fk`em.

if your legal, they just counted your number . and you were not over , so your legal, so your clear, they prob go to 10 homes a day counting the plants, if your legal your legal , they have better things to do then bother legal people, and they cant and don't want to do any thing about it, if you were in the wrong trust me my friend you would not be home you would be in the slammer, so stop stressing. and enjoy your hobby,
