I think it's time she is confirmed once again, by the American people. What a waste of tax dollars !! Still fighting the same war that was lost back when the government tried to prohibit alcohol.

I wonder what would happen if people started exercising their rights, and getting HROs against this lady... If she's stating publicly that she's going to harass people, even though the federal government told her to leave them alone, they should be able to sue to keep her away from them. C2G, wanna' give me a bit of expert opinion?

Ya know I hate to sound nasty but when folks get into positions in life that allow them responsibility or oversight in some regard, once said persons moral compass becomes askew(there actions will speak volumes about this not there mouths) they focus on the little people instead of the problems locally they cant admit they've been beaten by? If her focus was directed south of the California border she might actually find something worthy of her attention. I would honestly embarrassed to get home have my wife ask me what'd ya do today honey and reply oh put 25 potheads in prison! makes me wanna fucken puke in her lap.

Minne I'm sure you get this but let me be a little less delphic here. Essentially we are a victim of the tri-partite government which is our democracy. Legislative, executive and judicial balance power. For her the law is controlling not executive branch 'suggestions' LOL.

Funny thing is. Out of all 50 states you chose the two that provide the most GDP and federal revenue. Basically, without those two states, the US would be a fair bit weaker, economically speaking.
