Most of the times my plants are done a week or two ..or.. week 6 1/2 ..7 and I see ambers and all cloudy trics

I have 2 1000watt,rs on 12/12 and a third that runs 4 hours in the middle of that 12hrs..in a 6 1/2 x 8ft room..

just amaZed at how soon they finish

is it the lumens that help them do that.?

I'm not a botanist, but I would say probably not. It definitely sounds like you have a metric fuck ton of lights tho.

But when you think of what the plants do with the light, i would assume it was something else (environment wise) causing it. Basically the plants use the energy from the light to photosynthesize, and convert co² into sugars to be used sooner, or starches to be used later. It will help with growth, but as far as maturity goes, I just don't see it.

I mean, a plant usually matures based off of certain environmental stuff-- how long the day is, the temperature, the spectrum of light they are getting-- all of the changes that take place from summer to fall.

I mean hell, who knows. Maybe it is the light, but I really doubt it. Probably something else in your environment making those plants think that they need to squeeze the buds out, BC winters coming.

Haha, yeah when I found this picture I knew my search for an avatar was over.

And I'm with walter-- how sure are you that they are finishing early?

well I go by the trics color stage mostly wait until I see a couple ambers and the rest are milky looking.. other than that the weeks on the calendar and using the info on the seed bio as for flowering weeks..right now I have a grape gum that is ready now at just under 7 weeks and a white widow done at 7 weeks.. Big hard colas on both..
as far as taking my word I can't bother with satisfying skeptical members but it is happening quite regular on different strains and was thinking the light might be it.. I can post the bud pics but that won't show the tric colors proving there finished OR early.. the 2 plants mentioned are so heavy that the branches are breaking and pointing down...pretty cool AND maddening at the same time
thanks for the replys..

Well its a great problem to have if yours are finishing that early, it depends on the strain you are growing but to see a 50% amber and cloudy tric's that early and there finishing out great than that can only mean one thing. OPTIMAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS. And props to you for making it happen bro !!!

well I said all cloudy and A Couple ambers my friend..I start my flush when I see mostly or maybe 3/4 cloudy milky trics knowing the countdown is on. Never have waited until 50% ambers maybe I should to see the difference

ya your about spot on when you should start flushing, It is hard to achieve a 50% amber range unless you have optimal room conditions. You should be able to achieve this however dont let them go to late ive experienced a couch lock effect when running my girls past there due date
