Item being held, why and should I be worried?

I sent a international money order to dr greenthumb to order a couple of seeds. It has reached Canadian customs this morning and this is what my tracker says:

the following is all in Canada. It already went through us customs

Sept 5th 9am processed through sort facility
Sept 5th 9am customs clearance
Sept 6th 12:14 am customs clearance processing complete
sept 6th 11:15 am attempted delivery; item being held, addressee being notified.

does this just mean he needs to sign and wasn't home to get the package? Sorry for being paranoid. This is the first time I've spent a lot of money on seeds

I obviously wasn't afraid for that reason. Didn't want to lose my money order. It has been delivered.
