I have ordered 7 or 8 times from SOS in the last 6 months. I know EM is a busy man, calls to the UK from the USA are not cheap.
No reason why they should not of got back to me in 4 business days without a call.
Come on SOS you can do better.

don't know for sure what philippino customs are like, but if they are anything like oz, it is recommended to go the non tracked option....hope that helps

First off a basic call from new England to uk for me was 7.65 cent for a 30 second hi its me is everything ok? See I spend over 150.00 EVERYTIME I purchase so I naturally wanted to make sure i'd done everything correctly. I am kinda surprised your having ANY issues at all with s.o.s always been top notch for us here. As for this mob being stoned and greedy, I wouldn't go that far by any means myself, kinda harsh assesment imho. One thing I will point out here In the us is at times my bank will call me asking if I authorized a oversea's purchase but other than that so far so good! UPward and onward!

SOS is generally very good. Have no other reason to look elsewhere. This issue with my last order has been a fucking joke. I got a PM from EM yesterday saying if I dont get a tracking number for my replacement order then to let him know. So we are at day 10 of my order been sized by customs, having to e-mail, PM, and make a call to get my order replaced. I am sure EM is getting his ass kicked right now but man 10 days and I still don't know if my order has been sent.

Sea of seeds is good. If you can get your seeds through nz and aussie, you kick ass. our customs is tight as fuck and my order came through in 12 days to nz from order to arrival.
The ultra stealth is out of this world, no wonder it took them 4-5 days to process it.

First buy was lost in U.S. Customs. But that wasn't stealth. This time I've gotten the stealth shipping and they agreed to send my whole first order for FREE with it. They are great people to talk to and Sprint only costs $10 a month for unlimited calling to the U.K. and a few other countries. Although I will admit, they HEAVY accent was quite hard for me to comprehend for the first few minutes. Anyways, they always responded quick and pointed me in the right direction. The stealth shipping is GUARANTEED and that is well worth a few extra dollars.
