Getting some clones in Toronto,Ghost OG strain, is it a kush? Or non Kush strain? Thanks for the help
Is Ghost OG a Kush or does it have to be Ghost OG Kush?

If you're asking if "Ghost OG" and "Ghost OG Kush" are the same thing, then yes, they should be.
Answering the question as you asked it, what's a "kush", and more importantly what difference does it make to you whether this is or isn't one?
I'm not trying to be a wise-acre here, but since there is no consistent and widely accepted definition for that term, I don't think anyone can say for sure whether ANY hybrid strain is or isn't a "kush". The term is used so loosely that in my opinion, its effectively meaningless.
I can tell you for sure that "Ghost OG" is NOT a pure subcontinental landrace strain arising from near the Afghani/Pakistani mountainous border (ie the "Hindu Kush Mountains"). So by that strict definition, not only is "Ghost OG" NOT a kush, but neither are any of the other "OG kush" variants.
If you just want to use the more commonly accepted definition that a "kush" is any potent indica-hybrid strain, then absolutely, Ghost OG is a Kush, as are all the other "OG Kush" variants.
More important than any of this semantic nonsense. . .will you like "Ghost OG"?. . .yes, I think you probably will!

Interesting info, I have a friend who has shown me some Kush that smells and looks killer. He said it is og kush, so stinky and crystallized, I have only seen it on kush.

Sorry quick question, why is ther a ghost og and then there is a ghost og kush? Are those two different things ?

I can tell you the Real Deal OrgnKid GhostOG is not in Canada its only in the hands of a few USA and they dont sell it cheap nor do they Rarely let it out!!!!!! you got a copy version of it!!

Dr greenthumb has it and he's in Canada and trust me its legit. I live in Colorado and smoked plenty of ghost here as its on my top 5 favorites and I also grew Dr.greenthumb s'1's .Same strain

From what I believe Ghost is the original og kush and all others are selfed seeds from that plant such as sfv cut,abusive cut,. The ghost cut is my favorite then tahoe cut

Why does the exact same thing traded widely in a black market carry different names?
Because there is no "central authority" controlling naming, and nobody can trademark a name. So the same thing can carry different names depending on which small circle its trading in and how it was introduced to that circle.
As another example, the strain "Green crack" also gets called "Cush" "Dream Queen" and "Green Coy" among several other names.
