Yet another order without any bullshit or head aches. Absolutely love the packaging from hombolt seed organization , got there last blue dream. Anyways got a cool tee shirt also. Check out the packaging.

Dude, I am with you. I received the package in like 10 days after ordering. I got humbolt headband 818..same cool boxes. I love the website too. If it wasn't for the wife, I would be buying way too many seeds :mrgreen:.

You are diving in with the dr. Grinspoon. I have 2 mango haze from mr. Nice seeds in flower now. Interested to hear how the dr. Will turn out. Good luck Enjoy :peace:

Correction, the 818 is from Cali connection. I got the ebdog new strain from Humbolt to try in the cool box. Also bought Soma seeds nycd. Can't wait until the holidays:lol:

Does not love all of RI at all,lol. I watched some big drama unfold on another board when they totally screwed a guy from RI. The post office listed the status as "delivered" but he never got them. Te guy is sick, not a lot of money, I truly believe he didnt get them but I dont know him personally but anyway,......The post office has no course of action for lost or stolen packages,...which is fine,...but don't offer "guaranteed shipping" for an additional fee if you are going to use a service that has no plan in place to replace the product if it's stolen or lost.

I work in the shipping industry and dared to go to bat for this guy cause I felt bad. I called attitude and got Rachel directly. I discussed this gentlemans situation and explained that if Attitude were to offer that guarantee, these dilemmas are easily avoidable by using a service that requires a sig. Most people would have no problem with signing,....if they made it to your door, you're safe because if an Attitude order gets confiscated, it's done in customs up in Canada and you get a letter instead of your seeds, no biggee.

Rachel informed me that theyve only had a handful of these situations so it wasnt enough for them to change their shipping policy. So I then asked so what are these handful of people supposed to do when they paid for a service that you couldnt provide?

Her reply is the reason I would never buy a single seed from them ever again,...she said,...."He needs to order more seeds evidently"

WOW. Done
 
I'm not getting the attitude love...

I've gotten countless bad beans from them.

Looking for actual great genetics from a great company who has amazing customer service?

I just got my second order from Attitude - a sour themed order this time.

@LBH: That sucks, about the service rep being a dick. But, my bet is the seeds were at the back door or something. Also, I did have to sign for my first batch of seeds (not the second that arrived just now). The poor mail-guy tried to deliver them to me every day for a week before tracking me down! Additionally, I'll add that I'd never assume my seeds are just going to reach me, and I'd never pay for a "guarantee" simply b/c shipping cannabis products into the US is illegal on a federal level. It's the strain game, you never know how it's going to go - but I'm batting 3/3 this year so I'm sayin' Attitude (mainly) loves RI haha

@ Digitalbuddha711: Their fem pick n' mix beans are definitely small but you can't really say "attitude has bad genetics" because they are a distributor carrying seeds from many different seed banks.

I like em always popped , with that being said I did'nt wait 6 months to use em. With the ones i never used like a year old or more , half of them still popped. The shipping situation is what it is , we can't buy seeds from a store down the street. My buddy goes the prov dispensary and he bought 5 girl scout seeds for 115.00 screw that , but it is immediate. Sorry for anyone with bad luck but until they fail me I'm using em. Also spent the extra10 bucks and got the shirt too, it was cool.

It's the packaging, they don't change it up enough. Postal employess get hip to that royal mail,.......they never even make it out of the center

Attitude offers like 3 versions of guaranteed shipping. The highest level says if they dont show up, the order is replaced. When the PO posts the status as delivere, they wipe their hands of you, leaving you nowhere to turn as there is no lost/stolen claims at PO. My point was that,....if they are going to collect the extra money (it costs more in shipping to get a signature) then they should follow through with that on the other end and have the shit signed for. Problem solved. The TRUE ISSUE here is that they are "OK" with letting "a handful" of customers be classed as collateral damage.

I've got about 10 t-shirts and have not had one package seized. I always pay for guaranteed shipping in the hopes that if customs seizes it I will get them resent however I have yet to test that so I can't speak to their service as far as refunds. I will keep ordering from them and paying for the guarenteed shipping until they give me a reason not to. I guess it's just luck of the draw sometimes...

@LBH: Man, I'm kinda upset w/ myself to say this but I think that's totally fine. Attitude's entire revenue from the USA is classified as "collateral damage" simply because it's 100% illegal to ship seeds to anyone in the USA; it's not at all a guaranteed process so shipping can't be either. On the reimbursment issue; if the USPS says the seeds were "delivered" then Attitude should follow that: 1) Attitude would have to trust every single folk who says their seeds didn't show up [expensive for tude], 2) Attitude has to confirm w/ the buyer that the illegal seeds need to be sent again [perhaps risky]. Of course, if usps, says "lost" or whatever, the seeds need to be resent.

In a legitimate market I'd be on your side, rooting for an Actual guarantee; but, IMO, these are 100% black market seeds with nice webpages. I wonder if folks across the pond can manage a refund...

It's an integrity thing for me I guess. If they aren't going to honor their contract internationally,...don't offer that particular level of service internationally. There was no bean replacement, no refund, nothing. He is simply out the buck and a half which is no light cost if youre on ssi.

You can get BC Bud Depot strains locally, $70-75 I think for 6 fems, no shipping, no bullshit. Ive ben running them a few years now just because of the ease of it all

no offense here, just sharing experience. I too have a drawer full of shirts with logos Ive never heard of and a rack full of coffee mugs with alll different breeder names, that one thread though, and talking to them personally,...I was just blown away. I work in the customer service industry and to me, this is just a company taking advantage of a loophole and getting over on their customers. Again,...if there were no simple solutions,...ok....I get it,...but it really is such a simple fix that their lack of interst in doing the right thing was offensive. (to me)

and I've gotten the letter from customs twice,......no complaint,....THAT was the risk I was willing to take and why I also used the upgraded service afterwards,...thankfully, never needing to put in a claim and found that thread with that poor dude and never ordered from them again

heh yeah... no problems here either. Order took eight days. I think it was like one guy working in a Chicago mail sorting facility taking the seeds. I wonder if they ever caught him... if we're still talking about him on web sites.

Had a $600 order replaced after receiving empty package from the tude. Always received my orders in less then 10 days.
