Do you even know what logic is? I used no logic in my statement, merely gave an opinion. Here is my logic. Both grandfathers drafted to fight in WW-II, my father and uncles drafted to fight in Vietnam. None of these men particularly wanted to go, nor do they enjoy killing people. They went because their country asked them to. Very few of the men who went wanted to go and I would say fewer still wanted to take the life of another human being. By dodging the draft to me you are saying that you are better than all those who went. Now, do I really support the murder of those who refuse to go? Of course not. Are draft dodgers more of a blight on society than pedophiles? Of course not. I chose to make a post, however, that expressed my distaste for draft dodgers.
I suppose you have never made a mistake. I did get kicked out of school after destroying my life by becoming addicted to hard core opiates after sustaining a pretty wicked knee injury playing college football. However my GPA and LSAT scores were sufficient enough to secure my admission into a top 50 law school, which I am willing to wager is more of an accomplishment than anything you have ever done. Furthermore, I have noticed you making many derogatory statements about southerners while harassing others for what you perceive as racism, bigotry, or prejudice; hypocrite.

Because I say bravo to those who didn't feel killing men women and children indiscriminately in Vietnam was acceptable, fighting purely over an ideology that threatened American business interests, or seeing their fellow brothers in arms gunned down as they tried to invade and murder the indigenous population.
If you read my post that you quoted you would see where I said that draft dodgers are not as big of a blight on society as pedophiles. Draft dodgers like to espouse high minded ideas, however I would be willing to bet the real motive behind their actions is cowardice. Sure, some atrocities were committed by both sides in vietnam, as is true in every war ever waged. The murder, rape, or any other inhumane act committed by US soldiers in war has been the choice of the individual, at least in modern wars. The Indian wars of the 19th century, I am sure, were conducted in such a fashion where atrocities were committed under orders from those in high levels of command. In WW-II the average infantry soldier was in their mid-twenties and saw under 50 days of combat per year of deployment. In Vietnam the average age was much younger and they saw close to 300 days of combat per year. I cannot imagine the stress that puts one under, as a result I am sure many of those guys decided to do things that they regret to this day. But I am sure very few of those acts were ordered by colonels or generals.
