I've only sent A51(directly) one email, and it was returned with a phone call <15min later(warranty issue). If you want to read more about that experience, there's a link to a thread at the very beginning of this thread (page 1, post 1). I sent a PM to EH this week and it was returned within a day.
I filed a claim with USPS about the PAX. They said they would get back with me by the end of the next business day. That was ABSOLUTELY the WORST phone system and customer support I have ever had anything to do with. I got in an argument with the automated response system, all I wanted was a human being to talk to. It kept giving me the run around, and telling me, "We are experiencing large call volumes, and most of the issues can be sorted with this system. How may I help you?" I think I woke up my roommate with the "FUCK YOU!" I screamed at the time.
... HP tech support has an automated system that ACTUALLY WORKS, probably because they're not a bunch of whiny union rats.
And on that note ... I need a beer and bong rip.
