Want to do seperate veg and flower chamber. Here is my thoughts:

Boxes will be built like this: https://www.rollitup.org/do-yourself/382386-pappabears-diy-poly-wood-cabin.html

Veg Chamber:
4x4x6
4 foot 4 tube T5HO each tube is rated at 52WATTS
a few CFL tube lights not sure what they are but know they are grow lights
should be enough room for about 12 plants in 3 gallon containers if I am not mistaken

Flower Chamber:
4x4x7
600WATT HPS with cool tube

Now my question is what is the best way to cool this system I have a designated room in the house but as I do not own the house would prefer not to build in it. Currently you can see how I have it set up with all the plants growing in the closet. currently the temp in the room averages about 73-80 degrees Fahrenheit. have small window in there that it is possible to vent out but not really sure where to go from here still have a few weeks as the plants are just now germing and seedling in a seperate bathroom under a 2foot 4 tube T5HO.

Any advice would be great. Thanks.

For the cooltube to do its thing, have the intake and exhaust from the window.( as far apart as allowed ) A closed loop from outside, through the light, back outside, takes the heat from the light almost out of the equation. I pull air from the garage, through the light and into the attic and it works great. From your pics, the light could go either way to minimize ducting bends (restriction) My space is just a bit smaller than you described. Flower area is 40"x 40"x 7.5'
You can do the same for the filter, have it exhaust out of the window as well. Getting that heat outa there, makes controlling the temp a lot easier. The gap under the door may be all the passive intake you need, if not, may have to add one somewhere, window will be busy with 2 intakes and 2 exhaust ports, but it can be done.

Rule of thumb......at least 100w per plant in flower.
I've always heard 50w per sq foot? Was thinking to vertically drop some high output cfl bulbs in as well just to add some lower lights for them in both tents. This could bring up the wattage for the box.

What size lamp are you using? Only reason I went with 4 foot is because that is the side of the light thought it would give it enough room on the sides.

Also thought I should add looking for a good inline fan preferably off the internet not looking to spend over 200$ on one tho.

Thanks for the advice actually figured out a way that I can do it. I am going to keep the single 600W in the same room and put the veg room as my spare bathroom. It has an exhaust fan that is out so I will replace it with the in-line fan and use passive intake from the door since it is just running a 4 tube 4 foot T5HO in there shouldnt get to hot plus its better because it can stay on all night. Also I enjoy what you are doing with that Miracle grow :) thanks for bringing a good name to it. What kind product line are you using?
