i had the same problem. nothing fixed it.

apparently overfeeding and not letting my cocoa dry out made the plants soak up way too much water causing the leaves to hold too much water, therefore letting the PM set in.

This 3 in 1 Organocide has saved my ass on PM and Spidermites time and time again.
This is the only thing i spay my ladies with to fight the bad stuff.
