Future CFL plans plz comment

I seen that homedepot had good deals on a 4 socket ul certified vanity fixture that wood be perfect for splitters and 8 42 watt cfls equivalent to 200 watts a peice then take a 8 inch exhaust tube and cut wings out of it and mount fixture inside . Also thinkin about 2 4" online fans for intake and exhaust with a 4" carbin filter and a clip on fan . Hopefully if all goes well it will work for a 4' x 5' x 2' box

Let me know your input

Can't really put a water system in there landlord lives within 100 yards unless i find a better way to self contain the system

My set up has 400w worth of cfls all on one plant and I pulled a little over 4 o's off of it the first go around. My current plant should yield a couple more o's with the same setup. Depeding on how many plants you wanna grow that should be fine, the trick ive found with cfls is to basically surround the plant with light not just having all the light over top of them. Good luck!

Im interested in the hydroponics suggestion
I've been looking into making a bubbler bucket and goin that route but i don't know anything about them so can someone fill me in on the details

K a few more questions since u guys know a lot more then me . What things like nutes and root nutes so i don't get root rot fill me in on the good organic stuff anything i might need for a healthy aeroponic grow thanks

With a simple plan and lots of pre thought you can do it... So 4' wide, 5' tall and 2' deep or what? Just to let you know, Add as many CFL's as you can...
I bought the same fixture as you have... Then, I bought another two -3 light bathroom fixtures, and added 12 more cfl's... Exhaust fan strong enough to pull out your hot air, cfl's get hot in a enclosed space... I grow in soil... the plants love it... good luck in what ever method you choose !

I have a ~400w cfl setup going as well. it's all about light placement IMO. keep the lights as close as you can without burning anything, and yes, surround the plant with bulbs. get them all around it and they will work quite well. as far as nutes I use FoxFarm cause they are the most widely recommended that I could find. also they aren't too expensive, I picked up the 3 pack of big bloom grow big and tiger bloom for like 45$ on amazon.

i grow in soil, it's simple. my space is 2'x2'x4' and 415 watt cfl. the 42 watt and 55 watt cfls get hot, so make sure you got a good exhaust.
