Hi Im Bill. I have a nice little grow closet that is using CFL's and VERY basic stuff. My total investment is around $40. The reflectors are made of an old medicine cabinet mirror and white computer paper that I change with each grow. The CFL's are 3 x 23w twisty's at 6500K for veg and 3 x 23w 2700k for budding. The soil is Kellogg. It seems to be working fine but Im sure something else would do better. The pics below are at the 4th month of growth. Enjoy. The only undesirable part is the smell now. Its not very good and smells like river water.

You said this is her 4th month of growing? Can you be more specific on your setup? Provide some more info and we can help. By the looks on that picture it looks like she is stretched.

What all do you need? It is stretched mainly due to the length of the cord for the lights. They werent even close to the clone in the beginning. Itll be better on the next one.

yeah, she definitely did! you mentioned this was her 4th month, it could have been 3 months of veg & 1 of flower... etc... I'm just saying this because she looks a lot under stressed and in need of light!

don't get me wrong, I'm just trying to help!

That's a good attitude to have ! You do know that we grow some "World Class Tomato Plants" over here at riu, right ?? lol

Thats being arrogant?? Damn!!! Trust me Im going to be asking ton's of questions. The one item I am working on solving now is the smell of that room. It smells like river water and its not the bud smell I am used to. BTW if I can help anyone with PC problems feel free to ask. Im a retired tech.

Almost forgot the next lighting is going to be a double tube florescent. That ought to be better for a little 4'x 3' closet than what I have now.

UPDATE: I blew it. I found out my neighbor had fed the girl with some fish emulsion fert. Thats why it smells like river water. Damned vacation.
