That's not a bad idea Joe. The problem is that I don;t want her to meet them because she already wants to be a "dancer" and I don;t want her to be so awestruck that she runs away to do it when her lame folks won;t let her. She has danced for me several times to show me she can do it. I'm trying to steer her clear of that lifestyle.

If someone took my kid to get a tattoo and I was against it, I'd press charges and never see you again. Fortunately I don't have any kids and there's no one trashy enough in my family to take my non-existent kids to do something so permanent that they knew I wouldn't want. Get your own life and your own kids to spoil. Stop bothering people, what a nuisance.

I would try to get her to change her mind, perhaps a talk with one of the retired 'Dancers" women down on E.14th would help.

My best friend's brother was a tattoo artist (when i was 15) Both Dave and myself were jazzed about getting "Inked" I had mentioned it to Dad that we could get free Tats from Danny.
Dad never said I couldn't get one, (he knew he couldn't beat me into submission, been there done that) even tho in Australia you had to be 18, Instead he just said, "you know with a tat it just makes it easier for the cops to 'ID' you....." I was surprised he let me make the decision. Recent run ins/aways with the law helped his point.

40 years later, seems everyone has one....
