How does this sound?

So I have a room it is 10' x 20' with around 10-12' of height. It is totally empty and I've decided to put it to some use. I do most of my shopping at GYOStuff, a hydro store near where I live. (I'm pretty friendly with the employees there so its nice to stop in and get free samples/posters/discounts) I talked with a few of them at great length and we've come up with a plan. I'd like to get some of your opinions as well. Keep in mind this is just the beginning as its hard to fill up all the space I have! Of course any and all suggestions will be reviewed and are greatly appreciated.

First run break down: (This part is basically set up, just waiting to put the plants in on Monday)
6x6 area for full grow(All lined with 2mil mylar)
6 plants
DWC
1600w of HID lighting (MH and HPS) one 600W ballast one 1000w ballast both air cooled with 6" fans (heating is no issue as it is pretty cold there so the fans may not even be used)
-Nutrients-
NOTE: I have used H&G, GH, ADV Nutes, and most other brands on the market, organic and non organic. Kind is the last one I have to try and I do not mix brands!! (except roots Excel, that stuff is the shit and I almost always use it when I can afford it)
Base: Botanicare 3 part Kind solution
Additives: Aquashield, Clearex, Fulvex, Humega, Hydroplex, Liquid Karma, Pure Blend Tea, Silica Blast, Sweet Raw, Vitamino, Not sure how many I will use, depends on what the PPMs end up being hoping to use as many as possible (suggestions/experiences greatly appreciated!!)

Subsequent Runs: (this part is less set in stone so I'm more open to different ideas)
The plan is after the first harvest, or possibly during the first grow, perpetual cycle with mothers. What this will be like.
4 Sections
MOTHER ROOM:
4x4 area (2mil mylar)
(2 mothers only)
600w HID lighting
Haven't decided how many months to veg them, it is a 4x4 area, but once I pop them into flower space is no concern as they can join the other girls
VEG ROOM:
6x6 area (2mil mylar)
atleast 6 plants at all times
1000w HID lighting
Again haven't decided how long to veg, will probably depend on strain/flower times (thinking around 2 months)
FLOWER ROOM:
10x6 area (2mil mylar)
atleast 6 plants at all times
Not sure how much light to use yet
Flower times will depend on strain
CLONE/SEEDLING ROOM:
4x4 area (2mil mylar)
However god damn many I feel like
minimal 200w cfl
Will be moved into veg area once root system is established well enough to handle it

I wouldnt compartmentalize it into so many rooms. Just have one large flower room and one veg room that you can have your mothers and whatever smaller plants you have vegging, with a rack on the side for clones. A good rule of thumb is to use a quarter of the space and wattage for a veg room, and the rest flower.

I'm looking for ease of access, by having the mothers in their own area under their own light I can take cuttings whenever I need to and can still cycle out my plants in the veg and flower room. I say 6 minimum, but it'll probably end up being a lot more, and I'll most likely be getting bigger lights. I'm very particular when it comes to how things are placed. The seedlings and cuttings are separated from the regular vegging plants so I can use the heat from the light for my itty bitty seeds to sprout and I can keep a close watch on the clones and seedlings to make sure they are doing okay I was originally going to do a 50/50 split with 2 thousand watts on each side (2 10x10 areas) but after thinking about it for awhile, I'm only one person and I won't be bringing in any help for harvesting (At most it would be one other person and I harvest by hand with pruners) I usually average .5-1g per watt depending on how lazy I am.

Have you ever tried harvesting around 5 lbs by yourself? It takes some time. Thank you for the suggestion however! I might reconsider the different areas.

Havesting 5 bs thats 4 days of work piece of cake! I call bullshit on the 1 gram per watt .5 believable. Your saying you can get 1000 grams per 1000 watt???na i dont believe you!

You don't have to believe me, its all about the veg time the more you put in the more you get out. Not to mention Co2 and top shooter from H & G make a huge difference

Interesting read,
I'm a Noobie so I have no opinion on how to setup up a commercial grow but it sounds like fun!
