Is it generally difficult to get responses from seed banks?

Attitude ignores my emails but its the only one cant speak for sos! i always get answers from the newer seedbanks within 3-6 hours. herbies headshop mean-genetics.com and a few others are very quick to respond.Attitude will not respond if you mention growing or germination.ALSO COMPLAINT TIME attitude sends random strains..... i ordered 10 cheese bomb one single laughing budda and a single 8 ball kush i got 10 8 ball kush 1 cheese bomb and one laughing buddha.then when i told them they didnt answer theydont care

Maybe if you all would quit emailing these companies constantly over every little thing, they could take better care of business.

All I can say/would say .. Ive ordered from SOS ,they were very good!!!Funny thing is ,i've lost my password forn SOS over 1 month I haven't heard from them,e-mailed them over 10 times for lost password..(not in my junk mail or any other mail folder).... Go figure!!I ordered from elsewhere...Product arrived already!!! ,While i'm still waiting for SOS to send me a password renewel...

Hi is there not a password reset request on the website ?

I've got a missing package now from the tude. It was supposedly shipped on the 9th of Sept. and it's the 30th. Usually it takes 10 days tops. I sent an email around the 25th and heard back from Laura saying the "mail is slow" and to contact her back if I don't see anything for 21 days. I haven't gotten the green tape yet and no package. I've heard shit about the tude, don't know but I get sick of the sketchy crap us weed people have to endure. Always someone trying to rip us.

attitude used to be the best in the past. no longer. the suck donkey dick. back a year ago you could call them or drop email response in a hour or less. no longer. notice about every body posting about not getting there items ? because I don't think they even put them into the package for you to get. all you get is a old tee shirt . 10 years old ? that sets up red flags to me. old tee shirt . dated 2000 ???? wtf ? Houston there is a problem !

Did you email them? I attempted to email them with a picture like they require but their mail server rejects all messages with an attachment. Instead I had to send them a message via their website, which was 3 days ago and I'm still waiting for a response. I guess ill be staying up late tonight so I can give them assholes a call. After I get this resolved I will never give them my business again.

Fucking package arrived today... green tape, no gear. First time for me and I don't think it went through Chi town. Nevada here.

BTW no goofy pix or "shit" anywhere, just the customs letter.

How is the tshirt dated? Never seen a tshirt with a date on it.

I don't understand how all you people blame seedbanks for slow mail. You do realize they don't deliver the package, right? They just mail it. I have read more posts than I can count with people complaining about seedbank packages being slow in the mail, and blaming the seedbank. You heard shit about the Tude, and that is just what it is, shit.
Attitude is a good company, and they do mail the seeds. They are not out to rip people off. What does the tracking on the package say? Just because it usually takes 10 days to reach you does not mean every one will arrive in that time frame. I got two Herbies orders that I ordered at the same time. One I got in 8 days, the other took 11. They sent them on the same day. Just the way shit works. But, according to your thinking, Herbies was trying to rip me off on the second package, and it was their fault it was slower. I can't even imagine the number of emails seedbanks must waste their time on because they are barraged with emails wondering where my seeds are. People are emailing these seedbanks after 3-4 days sometimes, and I'm sure they are not huge companies with a shitload of people working at them. I think the sketchy crap is more in your head than real. It clearly said on their website to wait 21 days, as it does on most seedbank websites, before you email them about a missing package, but you didn't wait 21 days did you? Hmm, something sketchy about that. You must be tryin to scam seeds.

I want to update a complaint I had with SOS. Instead leaving a negative thought on them, it was only right I give them a chance to redeem themselves...so I sent a question about a certain stock availability and they emailed me PROMPTLY within about 4 hours. So there you go. Redemption. I deem SOS worthy of my business.
