market forces will drive the cost of all insurance up, untill they reach parity, and you will be choosing between:

Company A's shitty coverage plan for X$ per month
or
Company B's even shittier coverage plan for X$ -5 per month

this is exactly what happened when calif mandated auto insurance, prices for all coverage shot up in lockstep, and theres still a fuckton of assclowns without insurance but the largest class of those assclowns is Federal State and Local government vehicles.

If I read your rebus correctly, you are asking a forum mod to use authority reserved entirely to admin. This misses the adjective I used, "workable".

I strive not to exercise censorship. The guidelines that i follow for deleting posts are fairly well-defined, and the long-time players know them. I have two options for the next level of action:
a) delete thread
b) close thread

I use the first only in what I consider extreme cases ... and of course for spambots. I prefer the second, because it does not penalize the OK posts and posters. It leaves the thread available until it goes off the first page pour encourager les autres.

So, with the tools available to me, i repeat the invitation.

Propose a workable alternative.

Until then, examine your judgment that this is censorship. I opine that it will not survive reason. I am nonetheless amenable to being proven wrong or not entirely right, if it is somewhat accessibly reasoned out to/for me.
