I would veg for around 4-6 weeks with LST. you want to get a nice bush before you flip. my mid-grade bagseeds don't seem to get much bigger during flower, obviously yours will be different, but just wanted to put my 2 cents in on that.

as far as strains, my guess is as good as yours man I'm no breeder.

Both plants are 7 inches in height and the shoots are now taking off.... and oh PLANT 1 i just topped today. Thinking for giving it 3-4 more days and then flowering them.... i cant have big plants ... have to do micro grows and have constant grows going.

Are those roots showing?? if so that is bad! best thing to do is get a rope or something small like a shoe string, make a large loop so the plant can grow easily. Pull it to the other side and tie it down, use something to pin it down.

Horrible advise. Yo Weediologist... Keep up the good work! You should add some more light in a couple weeks though! you are at around 110watts now.. i'd knock it up to 200 if I were you. The only thing I would changed would be to uncross those 2 lower branches, which isn't even that big of a deal.. just OCD like that.

Hey man,

I am on my 1st grow and ten days in and will be using a similar light schedule to yours albeit every 8-9 days between each change,

have a read on lighting in this excellent guide https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/176831-best-all-around-guide-ive.html

this is what I'm basing my schedule on.....

that what i have also done 24 hours dark then 12/12 and at the end of harvest give them another 24 to 48hrs darkness (that i know works cause my plants are glittered more and fatter buds).

CLONER.pngI dont have a heat mat so i put it in my grow room where temps are 80F and figured this is like a humidity dome. First i saran wrap the big bucket leaving a center hole for my clone pot to go in. Then wrapped the clone pot too. The moisture from the water raises into the bottom of my soil then from soil..keepin it moist. The the moisture from the soil raises and feeds the leaves. Its working but no roots still think its been 5-7days now. It was getting 20/4 light schedule.

Yea, im doing something similar like this grow. And i tried to throw my plants from 18/6 into 12/12, and without that 24 hour dark period, they never completey pushed over to flowering mode yet.
( But luckily they didnt, cause while their in veg it gives me time to address the pest problem )

Also, for your clone, i'd recommend 24/0 lighting. 4 hours of darkness may not seem like alot, but it is :D

More Light = more growth.

Problem with 24/0 is plant recovery is needed to root... i think ill do 18/6 and see if that works..... u know it takes 2-4weeks for flowers to show right.
