Leaves turning upside down

Help, my plants were fine yesterday, and i opened the cupboard today to feed them and in one plants leaves are turning upside down,thought it might be heat stress so i raised the lights and turned the fan on.
Any input greatly received :leaf:

got any pictures? what do you mean by leaves turning upside down? leaves will do different things depending on the conditions: humidity, heat, light intensity, over watering, under watering, etc.

looking at the pictures they seem fine to me. plants will do all sorts of acrobatics. keep the fan running. not sure what light you have.

Thanks Puffntuff, just checked my plants and most of the leaves had turned the right way around :joint:

i'm running on a600w hps duel spectrum bulb, fed every day,

be careful with feeding. the less the better if you are in good soil and a good sized container.

your light is great!

They might need water. When my plants begin to droop from underwatering the leaves tend to flop over.
