Normal or Abnormal?

Hey RIU! I'm growing this strain called Tangerine Dream. This lady keeps putting on vertical growth well into flowering! Check out the top to the left in this picture...

Above the bulk of bud growth it's got this little sprout of veg growth on top. What's up with that? The right top has maxed out my lights for height so I've bent her slightly. She's in a DWC bubbler, getting Advanced Nutrients pH perfect 3 ml to 1 L water. I've got CFLs within an inch or two of the tops. Anyway, anyone seen this type of growth before?

Are you sure its on 12/12 in there? I had a similar issue once with my Skunk x Big Bud turns out I had bumped my timer or something without realizing it was set on 14 hour day and 10 hour night. They were starting to reveg pretty much.

i did the same one timer with 2 lights wa son 18-6 and teh other on 6-18 with the otehr 2 lights

put my clone only bak in veg, mad how the bud just vanishes

She's definitely foxtailing/reverting to veg....somethings up.

It's nuts I was about 2 weeks to finish, then one day I started noticing the tails. I knew exactly then what was up I was f*ck me tried to get them budding again but it was better just to chop them at the time. 2 weeks early versus some messed up growth.

It went from like soild crowns to some fluffy lookin tails

I just took a look at the timer and it's set to 12/12. I shake co2 bottles every night when the lights come on, and they are out during the day when I look... Good input though. Another thing is, although she is fox tailing, she is still putting on bud weight.
This is my first grow with "Advanced Nutrients". Before I used GH and they had different mixtures of their 3 part formula for veg, flower, etc. Advanced Nutrients though directs to use equal parts of micro, grow, and bloom, the entire way through the grow. Did I read the advanced nutrients directions wrong?

Another question, when seed breeders say 70 day flowering period, is that from when you switch the lights to 12/12 or is it from when you start to see female flowers?
