savtia plant quistion

So my plants are savtia or whatever there called and my upper leaves start to get narrow only at the top this is weird I m doing nothing to these plants but watering when needed. I have another plant that's not savtia if u can understand what it is by my diagram please let me no. It's got wider leaves then the savtia and the white bristle thing that come from the buds are more thin and pointy looking but this plant is taking just as long or longer to finish flowing. These more bad seeds is it possible that they were grown outside an aren't going to grow good like a advanced seed grown inside would? Four 400 Watt hps 70-80° daytime nighttime 60-70°

correct ! sativas can take longer to start developing buds, and will take longer to finish...some pure sativa's can take upto 16 weeks.
hybrids sativa/indica can take 10-12 weeks of flowering to finish.
