#OVERGROW :hump::peace:

not only that, even people who do have medical cards and think they're growing legally, are still in fact breaking federal law every time they germ a seed, there is no such thing as a legal marijuana grow in this country, unless of course you're the u of mississippi..

You can do anything you want without permission from the goverment or society
You are also responsible for any actions they take against you for violating the rules of said society and goverment
Responsible, no.

Held prisoner for? Yes.

Then they would be responsible for violating the rules of a free man. Actions taken would be at the discretion of said free man.

Isnt that what Obamacare does? I mean why would someone who thinks they may have TB, the clap or some other contagious disease go see a doctor if they have no way of paying for it?
Because they have TB, the clap or some other contagious disease.

I met a man in ___________ who had one of those cards. Feds send him a giant can of pre-rolled joints every month. It was to treat his glaucoma. He said it took several years to get the card. He went entirely blind while waiting. He doesn't go much of anywhere, let alone speak at seminars.

Buy auto insurance?

I am a good driver. Why do I need car insurance. The mandate that the state force me to have auto insurance is insane.
Federal... State...

What is the US Constitution? A strict grant of authority and power to the federal government for very specific tasks, everything else is reserved to the states and the people. The continued, unchecked growth of the federal government is against the law and a detriment to the Republic.

Federal politicians take an oath to obey and defend the constitution, which they promptly break. Where is Schylaar calling for their arrest and prosecution?

Exactly why I see it as a personal responsibility to ignore those types of laws and regulations.

The states don't give traffic fines to the fed. Don't be stupid.
In most states municipalities dont give any money to the state either. In places like Illinois where the law is that local tickets go to the state treasury and get redistributed. Ticketeting is down. Since prior to that it was a cash cow for the local towns

so what if a person who doesnt have insurance or the money to see a doctor lets his epiliepsy go untreated and ends up driving a school bus full of kids into a preschool?

Will the liability insurance replace the dead kids?
