What to do?

Greetings fellow growers. I was just sitting here thinking about how much I LOVE GROWING POT. My entire year revolves around my grows, whether it be active or not. In season everything becomes focused on my crop, and off season all my spare time is focused on figuring out what strain do I want to grow next season, getting my rooms tweaked even further, getting my mediums and all the essentials ready and reading more on how to grow better herb. I grow mainly for my head and income, but I really don't know what I would do with my spare time if I didn't grow. I wouldn't know what I could do that would fill that hole in my heart left by not growing. Does anybody else feel that life would not be worth living without the satisfaction of growing great herb? It has helped me to survive in a chaotic world, and I have made many friends by sharing the fruits of my labors. What do you think your life would be like if you couldn't grow?. Would you be as happy? I know for myself, it would really suck. Peace

I don't feel that life would not be worth living, but i understand your sentiment.

I won't be able to get a grow back up for another year, but i spend a lot of time planning for it, looking into vertical grows, strains, you name it. I just bought the biggest grinder space case make, in preperation for having more bud than i can grind, even though at present i don't have a thing to smoke. For me it's not even the smoking it, i just enjoy doing it and watching nature take shape and all that hippy bullshit :) For me it was never about money at all, never sold a thing, just liked doing it, sitting there stoned trimming it, making extracts, just having fun :)

I work from home and the grow-room is in the basement. I've worn a path to the grow-room as I'm down there at least 7 times a day...mostly just to look at the plants.

I've been growing almost a year now and I agree that thing would be pretty fuckin' boring if I didn't have plants to tend to.

One thing I really like is picking amazing strains and knowing what the hell I'm smoking when they're done. I've smoked weed over 40 years and have never had such a consistent stash of high-quality weed in my life than I have since my first harvest.

I didn't start growing for profit or fun. I live in the sticks and weed was hard to find at times, crappy quality and expensive. I had never grown a fricken chia pet or anything else in my life. It is an absorbing hobby..I love growing and hearing, watching or reading about it. As poster above said the quantity and quality that I have all the time is amazing to me. Just pick a jar and more primo bud. I grow all I can smoke and then some.
