yes,but we can still listen to their music.im more of a pac fan to be honest,i think he made better songs overall.
rap/hiphop has gone massively down the shitter since their deaths.and lets not forget big pun and big L,they were nice too.

didnt forget about all the other Dudes may they RIP funny im the other way around I like Biggie a bit more but they were the ones who revolutionized the rap/hip-hip game. Would be dope just to see them today and hear what they would say about rappers today aha

i know i'm getting a bit old, in my 40's now and all, but i have to agree.. i really loved a lot of hip hop back in the 90's, biggie, pac, tribe, wu, etc, etc, etc, and i find today's rap horrible in comparison..
idk, it seems a lot of modern rap all sounds similar imo, they tend to use a lot of the same beats, and even copy each others flow, which i never liked from the get go..

yea, rap was better then when they actually spoke to us and we could relate.. now we just hear about where we cant afford to go/buy
