how does O'care prevent people from using the ER as a clinic? Was EMTALA repealed and I missed it?

Because, technically everyone is paying. But, actually since it is a progressive tax, the one just heading to ER for a sneeze cold? They didn't pay before still won't pay now. They will be get the free care and continue to use emergency waiting.

The difference now is they will be triaged diffenently and possibly....just possibly have to sit a little longer.

i know exactly what it says..no translation necessary..i felt what ted cruz did was treason because in addition to the 24 billion he blew, he could have disrupted not only our economy..but world economy..this guy is a dangerous fuck of the worst kind.

Except to live in the new country you have to pay the fees and own actual property. An average fee to get the paperwork costs $25,000 per person, then the expense of having to own property.

with 24 Billion? Hardly. $24 billion is the amount Government spends in a mere 10 days. $24 billion would barely make a dent in our economy that is 667 times larger. $24 Billion is the same amount the Federal Reserve gives to banks each week to buy toxic debt and bad mortgages.

in other words $24 billion aint shit on a large scale like the USA, let alone the world.
