Kali Mist growing outside, ready when?

I'm growing outside a Kali Mist in a Mediterranean place. The pheno I have is the extremely Sativa pheno and she seems to be ready in about late November. The thing is that I will be out of town until 10 December.
So my question is : should I let her go until 10 of December or it's better to chop her down in 09 November? (That will be my last day before leaving).

I'd say take a look a few days before you leave, then decide.

Also, this doesn't have to be an either/or. You can chop the most mature buds on the plant early Nov, then come back in Dec to chop the rest.

I think the bigger issue is how you're going to dry and cure them. What's your plan for that?

If you chop Nov, they'll be sitting for a month before you can get to the buds again. If you let them air dry that whole time, they may be TOO dry before you get back and not cure right. If you don't let them dry totally and come back in a month, they may be molded.

thanks for your quick reply, those are exactly the questions I'm wondering.. From what I'm seeing the plant will be ready in about 30 November. So if I let her stay for 10 more days, is that OK? Other wise if I chop her at 09 Nov, apart from the fact that will be to soon, I will also have the problems of drying and curing.
The problem is that I don't know if the plant can stay in soil for 10 days after it will be ready..

I'd try to let her go because you need to be there for about a week for her to dry and that brings you to the beginning of November which is really early. 10 days extra isn't so bad on a strain that can go 100 days. Do you have someone to water her?

Yeah I think I'm gonna leave her for the 10th of December, as about watering I'm gonna plug the auto water system.

I agree, 10 extra days on a long flowering sativa is not a big deal.

Even underwatering isn't a big deal at that point; you're just going to be drying the plant anyway!
