so far, AG has SEVERE nute burn. Not sure about this girl. the C99 and Pipe Dream are doing well. Not sure if the Pipe dream is a male or female yet. Since its not huge, its possible that it is a female (fingers cross)

It turned like this after light Fox Farm Grow big mixed with some super thrive. I gave the other plants the same thing, and they didn't complain. So far, I'm not liking the Barney's Acapulco Gold. Its definitely not for a novice like myself.

I decided to flip today to 12/12. I changed my 400W MH bulb to my 400W HPS bulb today. [HR][/HR]Here is the G13 C99 at day 33. She had a slow start in VEG, and then came around. She is the biggest plant so far. Seed was feminized, so I'm assuming it will be female. so far I have not seen any pistils. I'm liking the G13 C99 so far.

Here is the Pipe Dream at day 34 VEG. This was a regular seed, so I'm not sure if its female yet. But since its small, I have a good chance of it being a gurl.....lets hope. I like the Pipe Dream as well. When you rub the leaves, its pretty funky. This one might stink a bit. We will see.

Here is the sad sad Barney's Acapulco Gold at 32 days VEG. This plant has given me many problems, but I'm a novice. This plant is not for me (a beginner). I don't like it, and I will never grow it again (well, I have 2 more seeds, so we will see). We will see how it does not that I have flipped to 12/12 and 400W HPS.

Day 4 Flowering. [HR][/HR]Here is a group shot. I see pistils on the G13 C99. I think I see pistils on the big Pipe Dream (PD1). The Barney's AG looks like a gurl. I pruned a lot of the nute burned leaves off. The Jamaican Dream , Sweet Deep Grapefruit, and other 2 Pipe Dreams are finally starting to grow a bit. Don't ya just luuuuuuV WEED !!! I know I do... Still smoking on my first grow of some bag seed. Its been curing for a few months and it smells like lemon peppery something....Very uplifting high. When I smoke it, I want to lift weights and play my guitar.....[HR][/HR] [HR][/HR]

1 Week Flowering [HR][/HR]1 week of flowering today. G13 C99 flowers are starting to open up. Pipe Dream is looking female. Acapulco Gold is recovering from Nute burn. I stopped giving it nutes. Will probably wean it back on low nutes. [HR][/HR]

Well....Today I see that my Pipe Dream [1] is looking like a male. So before I isolate it, I thought I would try Dutch Master's Reverse to see if it will work on a plant that is 1 week into flowering and looking male. [HR][/HR] [HR][/HR]We will see how it turns out. If it does not "REVERSE, then I will create (Pipe Dream X Jamaican Dream), (Pipe Dream X Sweet Deep Grapefruit), (Pipe Dream X Acapulco Gold), (Pipe Dream X C99), (Pipe Dream X Pipe Dream). We will see how it goes.

Well... I decided to isolate the Pipe Dream male, because I realize that I have a "Pipe Dream" that the REVERSE will turn this DUDE into a biach.... [HR][/HR]Sad sad. The PD1 has a nice smell. Kind of peppery musky fruity. since I have it isolated, I will do an experiment and try to collect some pollen (unless I get impatient and CHOP it!). Acapulco Gold is getting tall. It looks a little over 2 feet. Its starting to fill out a bit. Still very lanky, but looking much better. Does not look like it will yield very much. G13 C99 is showing pistils and looking good. All the rest are too small.

Week 2 Flowering [HR][/HR]The AG is growing like crazy. It looks like its close to 3 ft tall. I had to bend that bitch over. Save about 1 foot. G13 C99 is flowering nicely. My PD1 was a male, but I isolated it to collect pollen and "attempt" to make some seeds. The PD3 also looks like a male. Still not sure about PD2 yet. Jamaican Dream is starting to grow, and the Sweet Deep Grapefruit is still small.[HR][/HR]:

I sprayed "Reverse" on a male plant and everything except the top started sprouting female flowers so I just chopped the top and am waiting to see if it herms out. I am totally interested in this stuff but it kinda scares me that a spray can change its sex.

I sprayed my male Pipe Dream, and the plant is still mostly male. I see a few pistils on it, but too many pods.

Almost Week 3 flowering. The Pipe Dream 1 male has made some Pollen:[HR][/HR] [HR][/HR]Pipe Dream 3 ended up also being a Male. Pipe Dream 2 is female. She is still kind of small, but I can see the Acapulco Gold in her. The G13 C99 is doing well. Lots of nodes. The Acapulco Gold is doing well. Its a tall plant, So I have been bending it in a circle about 24 inches up [HR][/HR] The AG seems to adapt to the bending in flower. Without bending, this thing would be a little over 3 feet. Its starting to shoot out pistils. Seems to be flowering slow. I dropped on of my other plants on one of the lateral branches of the AG, and I broke a branch. I'm using the broken branch as a clone. I just cut it off, added the clonex, and put it in a cup in the flower tent as an experiment. Here is the Gang[HR][/HR]

Week 3 of flowering (12/12) [HR][/HR]Quick update on Week 3 of 12/12. G13 C99 is doing well, flowering good. Acapulco Gold is a tough plant I must say. It recovered from the early nute burn, and is now the tallest plant, but I bent it down. The female Pipe Dream is coming along slowly. Looks just like the Acapulco Gold. The Jamaican Dream is finally shooting out pistils. Growth on the JD is slow. I transplanted my Sweet Deep Grapefruit into a 5 gal pot. It is just starting to shoot out pistils. Its still small, but its probably because I didn't do a very good job on that plant. Since transplant to the 5 gal, it is finally starting to grow.[HR][/HR] [HR][/HR]I can't wait to graduate from "newbie first grade". I can see how the more you grow, the more you know!!
