Correct lights for my Grow tent

Ok, so I have a 4x4x7 grow tent and I have only grown Autoflowers up till this point. (Bubblelicious, NL+Big Buds, Pineapple Punch, Blueberry) With NL+Big Buds produced the biggest yeild. All of the autos have got about 3 to 4 feet tall, and kept growing even when they started flowering. So I have been reading about lights etc, I have been using the same lights for veg and flowering stage and I think that is why they kept growing even when they were in the flowering stage. The lights I have are just LED's from Lowes and have done great so far from what I have been doing. With all that being said I will be starting my first grow of Trainwreck and thought that I might need to add some more lights for the flowering so I am thinking about getting these Hydrofarm FLC125D 125-Watt Daylight Compact Fluorescent Grow Light Bulbs, so how many will i need 4 or more than that?

are you talking about growing just one plenty at a time?

if you are talking about getting that many watts of CFLs, why not just get a 4 foot t5 fixture with 6 bulbs?

Just stop wasting your time and get a 600 watt set up with pjs and MH bulbs. All that stuff your playing with is really I just a huge waste if money f your goal is to actually grow weed.

Your plants are likely stretching because your temperature differential is too high.

Get some thigmomorphogenesis going on as well, cannabis responds well to it. A good fan will do, it just pet those bitches

Lastly, train wreck will stretch like a mother fucker. Especially with the Barbie dream doll house lights you have. It's a sativa! And it's named for what it looks like in flower, not how you feel smoking it.

yes when i grow trainwreck it will be the only plant in the tent. the reason i did not get the 4ft t5 is because my tent is actually like 3'8" or 3'9" and a 4' will not fit.

I have thought about a 600watt set up but can not afford one right now with all the holidays coming up. The temps stay around 72 degrees in my tent, and i have 2 fans inside along with a filter and fan pulling the air out of the tent. on this last grow of the BB I super cropped it and it seems to be doing good. I have been looking at Topping of F.I.Ming for the Trainwreck, which one do u think would be best for it. This will be my 1st time growing a non auto.
here are some pics of some of my final products and on of the BB from the first of the week.

I used to use 2 68 watt CFL's (Home Depot special) per plant and 1 250 watt CFL (hydro store) and had awesome results!

Cool all I wanted to do was add some more lights to what I got to make sure that they are getting the correct color when in flowering. So I should be good with the 4ea Hydrofarm125-Watt CFLs added to what I already have. The NL+Big Buds was my best one so far it was an Fem Auto and ended up being just over 4ft tall and produced the most and has been hands down the best i have grown so far.

I have gotten over 4 oz from one plant with cfls. homedepot has 300w equvilant bulbs. Plants continue to grow in budding. I have heard they will double in size.

People who hate on CFL's have either never used them or they just can't grow.
LMAO. Those are the two options huh? Never used them or can't grow? (Says the guy who has has " awesome"results from rocking almost 400 watts of CFL). Dude you need a physics lesson. CFL's have THE WORST light output for growing, period.

That's ok though, don't take it from me, I don't know anything about any of this stuff.

Good luck

I would like to roll with a 600W HPS but my space will not allow it since i am growing in my attic.....not enough space and no where to vent the heat. I am just wanting to add these to the grow for supp. lighting along the side so the lower bud sites get some of the much needed rays.
