New rules for Washington State MMJ patients and dispensaries

I can deal with most of those recommendations but taking away home growing altogether is ridiculous. I could honestly live with a few plants and a 4oz limit...I'd rather not give up that much but it might come down to something like that.
I am with ya on that. I'm also very concerned about patients that can't grow for themselves and won't be able to get the right affordable medicines. I currently grow for one patient and myself that broke his back a while ago and needs high cbd meds for the pain.

ANd so the great exodus to Oregon begins. Live on a border city and have best of both worlds.
I've contemplated this because I love Oregon but I just bought a house here...hopefully things go well. I have heard a few representatives from King County that are in support of home grows so that gives me some hope.

That's what I'm doing. I live 8 miles from Oregon and rent is cheaper there anyway. I can get a 2 bedroom house for the cost of a 1 bedroom apartment. It's still bullstit what they are doing though. I though the new intitive wasn't going to effect the old one what happened to that. I mean can they really just make all these changes with our a vote?

yes the legislator can change existing laws without putting it up for a public vote.

BUT if enough people make a big enough fuss they won't. Tell your representitives.

The Liquor Board has to approve the recommendations then it will go to legislature. I know of a few reps that are actually for keeping home growing for real patients so that is a good sign.
