Need box grow/carbon filter advice

My lowryder seeds have arrived.
I decided as an experiment I would like to make a small dedicated cfl grow box just for these.
I am thinking of a small wooden box about 3'wide by 3'tall by 2' long
Depending on my sketchy math skills the inside of the box should be 18' 3x3x2
The fan I want to use is a super silent computer fan 53 cfm that should be enough for air exchange.

I would like a small relatively inexpensive carbon filter.
the problem is I cant find any small enough.
If I made one using the computer fan and some ducting would the fan be powerful enough to exchange air through a small filter ?

The fan/filter has to be silent.

Any ideas would really help thanks !

I would use two 90+ cfm, use them to push and pull. You can find them around or less than 19db

I was searching for a computer fan like that but cant find any. Most I found was 40-50 cfm give or take then the Db climb quite a bit.
The other thought I had was if the pc fan would even create enough back pressure for something like this ?

i could go with a standard carbon filter and inline fan and encase the fan so its silent... But again im not sure what is small enough for a small box like this ?

Would something like this work ? http://www.lighthousehydro.com/fan-and-filter-combo-6-inch-duct-fan-6-inch-300mm-filter.html

Thanks again for all the help !
