In Spokane we have 24-2800 sun hours with an average temp of 86 in July. Average rainfall is 18”, Hardiness zone 6, with an average drop in temp from 66 to 49 degrees during October. I've been told by a grower G13 is finishing nice on the coastal side of the range and I've been told it takes too long to finish in Washington. I’m trying to locate some good marketable strain that I can grow outside in Spokane. I need advice on a good outdoor strain. Any help is appreciated!

You might try several varieties and pick the ones that do best in your micro-climate. You are in Spokane, I would think that any of the outdoor strains that do well in BC would work for you. Primarily early finishing Indica strains. I would avoid heavy sativa's. Good luck

Thanks guys. I have spent at least 8 hours just today on this subject. It's easy to gather some cuttings but options are limited. Time is short cause I'm aiming at a thousands plants by April so if I have to germinate, sex, then clone fems I don't think I can pull that off.

you say you have 60,000 sq ft. i believe you said you have two rectangles, each 100'x300'. leaving 100 sq ft per plant means 300 plants in each plot, nice rows of 10 x 30.

that means 600 plants.

as was suggested by resident expert doubleJJ, you shouldn't even think about fucking with that many plants. start with 100, get overwhelmed, learn your lessons, and try again.

100 sq' isn't required per plant although 1000 might be too much for you guys it isn't for many others. I will grow as many as I can I have the manpower why not? Why grow 100 plants in 3/4 of an acre as a commercial business when I have the capability to grow 200, 300, or more? I'm in the wrong league here because I like the larger bat.
