So what about my question, since the 1950s, have our freedoms increased or declined?
What was the question? I'll answer it.
No you wont
What provision in Obamacare denies Doctors the right to see patients. You claim it does but have yet to show evidence of your allegation
STFU. You don't want to pay attention. We've been over this drone. Now you're starting to sound like a broken record.
yes I haveNO you still havent backed up your allegation that Obamacare denies doctors the right to see patients or that it regulates doctor in any way
yes I have
As much time as you spend on the politics forum, you should have learned a thing or two by now. Does being an Obama Drone affect your ability to absorb information, or do you just choose not to?
I have lost my right to enter into a private agreement with my doctor and insurance provider. I know longer get to choose whats best for me. Instead of informing people about making good decisions, the government is controlling the individual.
I'll try and keep it simple, because I know you have trouble separating yourself from abstract theories of a Utopian State.
That's not consumer protection! Obamacare regulates the hell out of doctors. What are you talking about? Obamacare IS THE LAW. That is what insurance providers have to comply with. It's NOT their fault my freedom of choice is being taken away. It's Obama and the Democraps.
Actually you havent
You pointed out some people had to change insurance, you pointed out a cancer patient whose insurance company stopped doing business. Everything but backing up the shit that came out of your moouth that Obamacare regulates doctors
I do believe that Obama care will influence Doctors to maybe retire a little sooner than they planed to do anyway.....And the young Doctor work force is weaker than retiring doctors,..So if you think about it Obama care is regulating the industry and that includes the doctors...So Doctors are being regulated...you just don't see it from where you are standing...
Here I will step a side....fire away...
point out the provisions in obamacare that regulate doctors
You cannot.
And yet you claim this is a big pay day to Insurance companys. Why becuase they wont be paying any Doctors?
CheezyO the Clan Man....
I pointed out the facts of life in a well written post and it went right over your head...I will tell you about another federal regulated comparison....Nearly thirty years ago the feds regulated how many fish a fisherman can harvest, and today there are not very many fisherman left...Now think of the fishermen being Doctors...The feds regulate "fish" they are the people....get it?
Because it was fatally flawed to begin with.
Please explain to me how we are going to insure millions of more Americans while the cost to do it goes down?
I'll have an open mind.
Well, think of insurance as a big pool of money, with actuaries on one end "betting" on the percentage of people who will need care. On one side of the equation is number of people, the other side, the amount each will need to pay to hedge that bet. These numbers hold an inverse relationship, the number of people in the pool rises, the amount each will need to pay goes down.
They lost their ability to pay their doctors with their former insurance company you said
NOW BACK iT UP
Its simple, everyone will require care at some point. people don't live forever. At what point do you throw in the towel trying to keep someone who SHOULD have died long ago, alive?
Do you really think that if a 98 year old man is dying of kidney failure that we should try to find him new kidneys?
