The Freedom To Be Fat..Does Government Have The Right To "Outlaw" Unhealthy Foods?

oh no, they might have to choose a more healthy alternative to the chemically derived fat that has been proven to raise bad cholesterol significantly.
I don't eat that shit even though it exists, how the fuck did that happen? Must be magic. Thank you Jesus!

Some scary numbers on jobs. After the employer mandate for Obamacare kicks in, and trans fats are banned; the labor force participation rate will for sure drop well below 60%

ahhhhh, a man after my own heart.. they were all doubles so more like extra dry martinis with splash of tonic:hump:
actually, this is where fatty food is welcomed and comes into play..1st choice..quarter pounder with cheese large fries and real coke (not diet)..no matter how hung over you are..force yourself to eat it and you'll be fine in 3 hours or less..2nd choice italian sub and chocolate chip cookie (today's choice had mcd's last night when i got home which probably saved me today)..the fat and sugar combination work well to combat that "feeling of over indulgence"

The unemployment rate is dropping because people have stopped looking for work.
It's far more convenient to go on welfare, and then qualify for more health care subsidies.

I don't think anyone really wants to be on welfare. Thank goodness I never had to but for some I do believe it keeps a roof over their heads and food stamps keeps food in their bellies. I do care about those that cheat the system, like the two women whom sell Coke and Pepsi on the cheap to the party store across the street. I swear they fill the car back seat, trunk full to the brim. Makes me sick.

Most people would rather work, I agree. But what do we do when the government makes it far more convenient to go on welfare, and much more difficult to live on wages?

First, I gave up cigarettes, then I gave up soda pop (all soda pop), then I gave up sugar and as much high fructose as I could, I just gave up caffeine (two weeks ago), now they want me to give trans-fats. I don't have much more to give up and I'm not giving up my MJ no matter what they say.
Fats are being given a bum rap. I highly recommend the book Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes. It isn't what you might at first think.

I read good fat, bad fat about cholesterol it was pretty interesting too.

About 10 years ago I gave up salt, too. Big mistake, just recently I found out I needed iodine.

Yes, they grew in the ground. I cook my ingredients. But they are all fresh and raw when bought. You don't mind that about 2% of your food is petroleum waste (your food is perfume Fabreezed) to hide the fact the food is stale, has preservatives and mostly bacteria or silica thickening agents? There's only enough of the main ingredient to place it at the top of the list. The calories are mostly from sugar and transfat. The reason the serving size is so small, is because if a serving contains 0.49 grams, FDA law allows the manufacturer to round to 0 grams!
