To my knowledge only one Dem voted against the Patriotic, and he's dead now - Paul Wellstone.
i believe russ feingold also voted against the patriot act.

he was a democrat who got voted out in 2010 by the same crowd who now complains about the NSA and the patriot act.

he was voted out in favor of a tea partier whose business only survived thanks to government loans and who embraces the patriot act.

this is why you should not trust these "libertarian" types when they bitch about the patriot act on pot forums, it is because they turn around and vote out the only guy to vote against it in favor of a guy who embraces it.

these people are dumb partisan hypocrites, not libertarians.

Did Obama invade Iraq and send thousands of kids to die?
i can't tell you how many people i argued about that with back during the 2004 election now hate me if i remind them of the things they said back then.

they want to forget history so we can be doomed to repeat it.

No, that would be Afghanistan, Uganda and a few other African nations. Syria if he had his way and we have used drones now in over 40 sovereign nations. Over 30 of them in Africa. I wish the anti-war left was more consistent.

I wish the anti-war left was still in existence.

It is much easier to get into a war than out of one. Obama is no angel and I don't see anyone arguing he is. The "he can do no right" philosophy is causing many like me to be less critical. Why? Because it makes me realize that his plate is full of shit. No one could be successful in his shoes.

If you want to understand US foreign policy, read Chomsky. We absolutely do need to learn from history!

I guess I could look to NBC for their professional editing of audio tapes. By the way, it was Fox that caught and exposed NBC's slander. Since I don't have cable or satellite I rely on what I get over the air, mostly local channels, KTLA mostly.

Since you guys are so convinced that Fox is terrible, quote me some examples of dishonest news reporting? Please don't come back with accusations involving O'Reilly or Hannity or any of the other opinion shows, that is not news. If you are incensed at Hannity because you think he is reporting news, then you are a moron.

Yes our replacement senator Ron Johnson hasnt done shit since he got to washington
He is a millionaire businessman whose millions were due to marrying the bosses ugly daughter
His sole customer was his Father in law in a business his Brother in law started with money from the Father in law.

He also funded his own campaign to the tune of 9 million dollars
Which coincedentally is the bonus he got when he won his seat from his company

They call my filipina wife a ladyboy
I was wished that my family in the philippines drowned yesterday
This is the "family values" republicans that post here saying that
So its ok for the person that liked your post to say it about my fiancee? That makes sense. :dunce:

Honestly I could care less if his wife is ugly and fat. If that's what he is into that's his prerogative, but when you talk about others families, expect to get it back 10 fold. I have no sympathy for him and I feel sorry for his wife.

Just because you disagree with someone doesn't mean you should personally attack them or their family.

How did you get that I was referring to you in my post?

When I say "you" I'm speaking in general.

The point was that you're taking up for someone who has said the exact same thing about my fiancee, but apparently it makes his outlook on "family values" ok because he is a democrat.
