It seems so unfair that a famous director of Spike Lee's caliber can't ruin an anonymous family's lives without all this fuss.

Over in Britain this story isn't very well known - it's only complete Americaphiles (like myself) that know about it.

My point is this:

George Zimmerman. Am I the only person who doesn't consider him white?
He doesn't look Caucasian.
Not Anglo-Saxon, Slavonic, Celtic, Magyar.....
He looks like NO European I've ever met.

So the racial aspect of this is all wrong.

Actually, to be serious with you, there was no racial aspect in the actual altercation between Zimmerman and Martin. It was a simple case of self defense where a foolish, testosterone-filled teenager decided to beat up on a guy who happened to be armed and intimidated. The racial angle was an after-the-fact stirring of the shit pot. Zimmerman was "white enough" to line the pockets of the various liberal media outlets, and once the racial rage kicked in the race hustlers stepped in to get their cut. Our president, never one to miss an opportunity to stick his nose where it doesn't belong added to the hysteria. It's the American way.

Unanimous decision by a racially mixed jury acquitted Zimmerman by reason of self defense. A dumb kid assaulted a guy and paid the highest price.

Yes, the president should know his place. His place is not commenting on a state police matter. Obama is supposed to be a smart guy. Why would he make comments that any person, especially a politician, would know to be inflammatory in a situation already bursting with anger? It seems intentional to me and politically motivated.

he was actually pretty smart, doing well in school and all. not sure why you think all blacks are dumb, that must have something to do with why you joined a white supremacy group.

and martin's dead body was never tried for assault, as much as you and you white supremacy buddies might have liked that.

in fact, it is impossible to assault someone when you are fearing for your life because, for example, some unidentified creepy stranger follows you in his car in the dark and gets out of his car to chase you on foot after you run.

i think your lopsided portrayal of "race hustlers" is very telling of what your belief system is like.

if a hustler's worth is measured by the money he rakes in, as well it should be, than your laserlike focus on anything black (how many times have you cursed sharpton, jackson, et al?) and your blind eye to fox news (who you said would "undoubtedly continue with the honest reporting") betrays your racist nature.

the jewelry was never deemed stolen, a screwdriver is a lousy "burglary tool", and i was not only suspended, but expelled from my school even with a 3+ GPA and all AP honors classes.
