an operator confirmed this by asking if he was following the kid, and zimmy said he was.

martin tried to fight back against the creepy, unidentified, armed stranger who initiated the whole affair, and was shot dead for defending himself.

a jury thought that there was a very small possibility, a reasonable doubt, that it maybe, just maybe was self defense. but it took 16 hours and a whole lot of juror pressure to make that happen.

and martin's dead body was never tried for assault, as much as you and you white supremacy buddies might have liked that.

in fact, it is impossible to assault someone when you are fearing for your life because, for example, some unidentified creepy stranger follows you in his car in the dark and gets out of his car to chase you on foot after you run.

so again, you are only demonstrating some deep seated hatred you possess which is in no way based on facts.

Zimmerman admitted that he shot and killed Martin from the first moment. His only defense was that he acted in self defense, and guess what, a racially mixed jury acquitted Zimmerman based on that exact defense. Those are the facts. That you refuse to accept those facts shows how truly demented you are and how you hate the American legal system of jury trials.

Sort of like the Roderick Scott trial, except that Mr. Scott's self defense claim wasn't nearly as strong as Zimmerman's. Mr. Scott was acquitted too.

My kids are indeed not morons. They are also not going to be out assaulting people on a dark, rainy night. Two of my three sons have been to a defensive hand gun class, so they shoot pretty well and they know when it is legitimate to use lethal force.

No lie here although it seems hard to believe. To meet Meaningful Use measures for reimbursement, our software MUST not only distinguish race and language, but whether you are hispanic/non-hispanic. True story, if you say you are Asian and I don't mark the corresponding box of whether you are hispanic/non-hispanic Asian I lose gubment candy.

We as a country are trying to move away from racial categorizing but are forced into it by our central planners. The same folks who think discriminating laws prevent discrimination. Surprisingly stupid but not shocking.
