Is it me or is this statement contradicting?
I'm reading this as, all phenotypic traits (inherited) exist in all populations in every region but denying this negates the fact that some races have more inherent cognitive potential than others.
Please explain.

You just told me to stop repeating the facts and then said that a very pertinent fact was irrelevant and topped it off by insisted that I not refer to populations from regions as races. I told you my conclusion, we all have equal potential, you know my premises because you are tired of being reminded of the facts apparently. Given this conclusion, I can answer that IQ testing disparity is therefore not a result of genetics.
Will you just spit out your argument instead of beating around the bush? Let's hear it, some people from some regions and the descendents thereof (races) have less cognitive potential, and that is why black people are dumb. That is your argument right? Or are you just suggesting Africans stopped evolving from the neck up about the time some of them took a walk to Europe?

are you suggesting that if we took a child from the bush country of africa and raised him a well-to-do, new england home with baby einstein, advanced preschools, SES advantages and the like, that child might score just as high on a WAIS-V intelligence quotient test as any of his american peers?
conversely, if we took that child from the well-to-do new england family at birth and raised him the bush country, he might not score as well on a WAIS-V intelligence quotient test as one of his peers back in new england?

There it is again, your focus went right to black/white again. My argument is that the bold is simply not true. My point was the that we all universally accept the fact that there are physical differences, why is it racist to suggest the possibility of intellectual difference. For all I know, Egyptian's have the highest cognitive potential, or Pacific Islanders. I'm mocking you for not being able to admit this possibility, not make some racial statement.
